This four-cylinder unit is producing 200 hp and 190 lb-ft of torque. Optionally, you can buy 3.6-liter V6 that delivers 310 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of twists. Still, the most popular choice is undoubtedly a 2.8-liter diesel option.
This powertrain can generate up to 180 horses and 370 lb-ft of torque. Logically, diesel variant can tow more, up to 8,000 pounds. On the other hand, gasoline engines are offering Active Tow System. With the AT4 package, you’ll also get a standard 4WD system. Unique suspension, lifted ride height and off-road capability are here to improve the performances.

According to General Motors, Canyon will be released early in 2020. This off-road mid-size pickup will compete against Toyota Tacoma’s and Ford Ranger’s off-road variants.
